 SHOP POLICIES

Please see below our shop policies. Should you have any questions at any time please do not hesitate to contact us.

1:ORDERS

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations. Please feel free to ask us any questions before placing your order. Should you have a problem once you have placed your order please contact us to discuss.

We try to process all orders within 5 working days however during busy times this can be extended to 10 working days. Please note that "working days" does not include weekends or bank holidays. Order processing times do not included shipping time. If you require your order for a specific date please contact us to ensure that we can make your order before that date. If you do not contact us and your order does not arrive in time we cannot be held accountable for this.

2:SHIPPING

All parcels are sent using some form of recorded delivery. This means that you will be required to sign for the parcel. The time parcels take to arrive with you depends on the method of shipping you choose when purchasing. Please note that at busy times of the year such as Christmas shipping may take longer - this is because couriers are extremely busy and this is out of our hands. It is recommended that at the times of year that are traditionally busier you order early to ensure on time delivery.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
